There are companies that hire people upon the recommendation of their trusted employees. Ask friends and family who work in industries that you would like to work in. You may be able to find out about vacancies which can put you at an advantage over your competitors if someone can recommend you.
Look for jobs outside of job listing. Don’t focus on vacancies but rather on companies. When you apply with this company, you already have an interest in it that will show in what you say.
